Video game design teacher

We are looking for several teachers (with experience in video games) for virtual courses.

Job Description

The instructor will use Unity (courses for ages 10+) and/or Minecraft Java Edition (ages 8-12). All teaching materials are provided, and no preparatory work is required. The lecturer will also benefit from the support of our pedagogical department and remote collaboration with the team.

Skills

  • You enjoy teaching young people. Experience in teaching/animation is a plus.
  • You are familiar with Unity and/or Minecraft (Java).
  • You are dynamic, organized and autonomous.

Starting date

We have several sessions throughout the year, as well as camps in the summer.

Schedules and locations

  • Most courses are virtual, but in-person weekend courses are also available (Montreal, Quebec City, Saint-Lambert and Laval).
  • Day camps (full-time for one week) are also offered in summer.
  • We offer flexible schedules. The number of hours worked per week varies according to the number of courses taken.

Compensation

Part-time, remuneration is based on an hourly rate
(between 2h and 12h per week).
